Bartlesville Activity Report for May

The Bartlesville Police Department has released its activity report for the month of May. There were a total of 4,981 calls for service and 1,228 traffic stops made. 
 
There were 345 calls to 911, along with 220 calls for animal service. 197 welfare checks were made and there were 74 calls due to suspicious activity. There were 42 traffic accidents that the Bartlesville Police Department responded to. 
 
The mental health unit also stayed busy with follow-ups, community policing and engaging with the homelessness population.
