Pawhuska Man Charged With Possession of Meth

A Pawhuska man is facing a misdemeanor charge after allegedly possessing meth.
30-year-old Nicholas Jacobs was charged on Monday with obtaining merchandise by false pretenses and possession of a controlled dangerous substance.
According to the Bartlesville Police Department, on June 8, Jacobs allegedly failed to scan multiple items at the Bartlesville Walmart. The items totaled approximately $165.
After Jacobs was placed under arrest, police allegedly found a glass bottle holding 3.9 grams of meth.
Jacobs will appear in court again on July 30 at 9 a.m. Jacobs posted his bond.
