Future of Bruin Hoops in the Air
The search for a new head boys basketball coach at Bartlesville High is underway. As we told you last week, Bruin skipper Tommy DeSalme resigned his post after one year on the job to take another head coaching position at the junior college level.
BHS Athletics and Activities Director Thad Dilbeck says the short tenure of DeSalme in Bartlesville does not say anything about the basketball program at large.
The next Bruin head coach will return about 90% of the minutes played for BHS next season, as all but one player will return if they choose to do so.
Dilbeck talks about next year’s Bruin roster.
