The Pawhuska Huskies have added a home game against Wilson for Tuesday night ahead of Thursday night's homecoming game with Pawnee.
The Lady Huskies have reeled off eight straight wins heading into Tuesday night's game against Wilson. The Lady Tigers are 11-2, but only own one win over a top 20 team, that being an overtime win against Silo. Pawhuska beat that same Silo team 49-37 to win the Morrison Tournament.
To begin the season, Pawhuska had been starting four seniors and the freshman in Brooklyn Miles. At the end of the first game of this spring semester, senior Pari Harper went down with a leg injury, but Coach David Cash said they are going to begin phasing her back in.
On the guy's side, the Tigers are 9-5, but are ranked No.3 in Class B. They competed in the Tournament of Champions, falling to Owasso, Dale and Okay. Wilson does own a win against Pocola, a third ranked team in Class 2A. Pawhuska enters the game at 7-9.
Tipoff is scheduled for 6 p.m. Both games can be heard on 99.1 FM KPGM and streaming on KPGMTV.com.
